DO NOT LIVE HERE. This is my first place and I wish I looked into it more before I decided to live here. I don’t know where to start. The apartments are old and no matter how clean you are roaches will be in your apartment. All the management offers is to spray the apartment but that won’t work since they’re coming in from the walls and they can be coming in from the neighbors even if you’re clean. I make sure to take out the trash and wash dishes every night to still wake up to seeing them in them in the morning. The neighbors are so loud playing music in the middle of the night and I

This was my first time renting an apartment and Alondra helped me out so much! She was very sweet and friendly. Answered all our questions and detailed how the move in process would be. The studio looks very cute and most of all she was on top of it with our paper work. She was so prompt that we moved within a week of applying. My boyfriend and I are very happy with how easy she made everything.

Me and my girl tried to rent a place here they messed up our applications more then once in 3weeks. Lied to my girl on the phone telling her what to put on her application literally used the stuff they told her to put on her application to deny the application took about 200$ from us for the applications and I still have a second charge on my account pending from this place. They literally lie to steal the money come to find out the apartment we tried to rent was already rented out and instead of letting us know and returning our money they just took their time to deny us so they could keep the

This is a edit of my previous review about parking. After Krystina called and showed true concern for my parking situation I can say I’m pleasantly surprised with Woodlawn garden apartments. If you have a vehicle make sure to ask about their reserved parking spots. It will save you a ton of headaches

I never write reviews but woodlawn gardens apartments has blown me away.
Where should I start I came to these apartments looking for a stepping stone to my new home. I was nervous because I've seen the apartment but only through pictures. However when I called and spoke to Krystina she was such a pleasure to speak to it peaked my curiosity to join the community. With two jobs I was nervous it would be difficult to find the time but these ladies made moving in so fast and easy. I put in a maintenance report it got handled so quickly. The pictures do not justifie the way it looks inside I

We love this Woodlawn Gardens location. Manager Christina is prompt, professional & courteous. Her assistant is very efficient and competent as well. Every time I have had a concern, they have helped me expeditiously. "G" the handyman is everywhere, and does the work of ten. Woodlawn Gardens has an amazing location near the Chula Vista Centre mall as well as being in walking distance of the beach! Highly recommended!
