Been here a year, and definitely renewing. I’m a really picky person, but the longer I live here, the more I appreciate the details. For one- it’s really safe. I’ve never heard a dispute or seen anything suspect on the property. I’ve come to know the neighbors thru passing and everyones got the same mindset of a quiet and well kept community. The manager Violet has a large ship to run, but she does a great job. The Management doesn’t feel out of touch, and the property is well maintained. The maintenance man is very pleasant and kind as well.

I have lived at Windsong Apartments for a little over a year. The community is pretty quiet. The grounds are well kept and maintained. The property manager Violet, is a real gem, I hope the property owners are aware of all she does for the renters and for maintaining the community, which I know can't be easy. She does a fantastic job.
The apartments are centrally located near a variety of stores and easy freeway access.

I lived at Windsong apartments for 3 years and loved every day of it (2016-2019)! Violet is awesome and will always go above and beyond for the tenants. She is kind and always willing to lend a hand. Any issues that came up were immediately addressed and handled. If I still lived in Chula Vista, I would not hesitate to call Windsong my home again! 😊

I love this place and the manager Violet. I lived here in 2017 and was sad I had to move out. Now that we are looking for a place I would love to rent here again. It’s ALWAYS CLEAN.

This hidden gem is truly remarkable! The staff are friendly and professional making my apartment feel like a home community. More importantly for me is that it's quite and CLEAN! Bring back the old maintenance man because he was like family to the community! 5 stars!
