Greens at Schumaker Pond has a robust array of amenities. Our gorgeous pool is a great retreat on a hot day, and our 24-hour fitness center makes it easy to work out any time. Inside your apartment home, a full-size washer and dryer and other modern appliances make living easy. Barbecue in our grilling area, catch up with neighbors in the courtyard, or let the kids tire themselves out on the playground.
Furry family members are some of our favorite residents here at Greens at Schumaker Pond. We recognize that pets are part of the family and warmly welcome cats and dogs of any size to the community. Cats and dogs are allowed at Greens at Schumaker Pond with a limit of two pets per apartment. While we have no weight limit for dogs, we do have some breed restrictions, so please contact the office for more information.
The Greens at Schumaker Pond offers stylish, recently upgraded one, two, and three bedroom apartments with all of the features you have come to expect. Our designer homes feature custom two-toned paint with neutral carpeting for a custom home feel. Our kitchens feature maple cabinets with brushed chrome hardware and modern lighting that complement the all black appliance package.

Poor management from the beginning. Changed so many times I had to submit paperwork multiple times because no one did their job. I had to submit renters insurance FIVE TIMES!!
I had no washer for FOUR MONTHS because they claimed they couldn't fix OR REPLACE it. I had no lights in the kitchen for over TWO WEEKS until I finally pointed out that an electrical issue is a FIRE HAZARD!!
The AC units upstairs leaked water into my apt and it took over 2 weeks to fix and replace flooring. Covid is no excuse for any of this. I paid my rent on time and in full every single month.

Out of 13 apartments I called Mrs. Elva was the only one who seemed to care & actually want to help. Other apartments complex were trying to get a deposit up front. Not gone say it wasn't a process but she made it easy & helped every step of the way. Our journey started June we had the apartment size (much bigger than expected) 3rd floor & everything we were looking for moved in Aug. The staff is friendly, maintenance comes out fast to fix my issues. Its fairly quiet. Since I've been here the complex does different events like icecream giveways, planned truck & treat, & breakfast treats in the

I lived here for two years and it just got worse and worse. Although generally okay, security is still a concern. At times I would come home to find people fighting in the parking lot and a resident even shot a gun through another apartment's door. The apartments themselves are in awful shape with leaky windows contributing to mold growth and rotting carpet tack strips making it easy for the carpets to fray. Maintenance is also slow to do anything. For example, it took them months to fix a leak in my bathroom and they damaged the tile surround while doing so. Don't expect management to do anything

Honestly I’ve been trying to find a place for a while and these people are the first to actually help me and make me feel like I was someone! I had problems doing the application online I sent a few emails and she responded every time and helped me get my application through!!! I really hope I get through with this complex .. I’m loving the great energy thus far❤️

Management is not consistent or reliable. Communication lacks. I’ve lived there for one year and they have had so many maintenance transitions. I lived without a kitchen light March-the end of my lease. Kept getting the run around, then the part was on back order....(after Covid restrictions began to lift). Front office is not trained enough to serve the communities needs. Take your money elsewhere it’s not worth it.

We have lived here for over a year. We haven't had any issues, maintenance is always prompt on fixing issues, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
I love that management does events throughout the year for residents, definitely one of my favorites things about this place.
It's quiet here, no crime issues. We love it here. Definitely recommend.

I lived in the Greens at Schumaker Pond from June 2014 until March of 2018. The only reason I moved out was due to an out of state job move.
The Greens was really a great place to live. Not only were the staff extremely responsive to minor issues I had during my four year residence, but they went out of there way to organize events that made the complex seem like a community. Additionally, they were always cheerful.
The Greens at Schumaker Ponds is safe. I had 0 issues with vandalism or crime. My neighbors were all really nice, and I had no issues with noise.
