I would give them a zero if I could. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE. They do not answer emails or phone calls. They say for your kids to make a list of things wrong when you first move in given by them, then still charge you for things, and say show pictures and proof. Wasn't the list sent in proof? Charged my daughter $500 for new carpet but yet it only need cleaning, and the air conditioner they wouldn't fix caused black residue under her door where she shuts it. I would say that is their responsibility not my daughter's. Charged her $50 for drywall when you can put under a quarter size hole for hanging

I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone regarding leasing for the past week. I’ve left multiple messages and even put in a maintenance request in an effort to speak to somebody. The maintenance man told me there are 4 people in the leasing office and that he would contact “Emma” to call me. It’s been 2 hours and I haven’t heard from anyone. Why does it take more than 5 business days to speak to somebody?

Do NOT rent from this place. All they care about is getting the most money from you as possible. My roommates and I were charged hundreds of dollars for furniture that was damaged before we moved in. We were even told it was supposed to be replaced before we got there but that it just didn’t happen, and now they are forcing us to pay for it. In addition, our dishwasher was broken for 3 months and despite our repeated work order submissions, nobody ever came to fix it. This place looks great from the outside but is really just a highly overpriced complex run by management that only cares about
