Dealt with bedbugs and then dealt with flooding while living here. Most of my stuff was damaged in the flood and I was forced to leave my apartment and move to another unit in the middle of exams for school. I was only given a small amount of money off of my rent check as recompense for losing pretty much all of my stuff in the flood. I cleaned the apartment before leaving and they started hounding me after I moved out for additional money. This is a scary, disgusting place to live. It wouldn't be worth it if they let you live there for free.

This apartment complex is awesome.. Friendly and quite for being in a in town location.. The management is top notch and will to the best of their ability to make your stay as comfortable as possible.. This complex is worth looking over and while your here enjoy the beautiful landscaping..

I cannot put zero star on this smh anyway if u guys don't wanna get your credit score screw up then have fun enjoy this place. This place when i moved out shawn the manager told me i have to pay this much for cleaning ok i paid it then i called him then he said everythings ok and paid this was december of 2016. Then few weeks later a collection agency called me saying i owe money to apartment this is january of 2017 i called merrifield and ask of the money i owe and i told her shawn said everything is paid then she said she called me back when i try for qualification for house now it show i have

When we moved in a few months ago, our studio apartment was nothing short of a biohazard. Black mold was growing in our bathtub, toilet, and kitchen sink. The ceiling leaked and had suffered an enormous amount of water damage that caused the paint to peel and turn brown. Several items from the previous tenant had not been removed and long-since expired food was sitting in the cabinets and fridge. I should also mention that we had been promised a full-sized fridge, but instead were provided with a mini that lacked a freezer and could only hold a few cans of soda.
