Optum employs clinical pharmacists to work hand in hand with your physician to ensure all of your drug therapy needs are covered.
You will schedule your video visit the same way you schedule an face-to-face visit: simply call your clinic and ask for a video visit. Approximately 20 minutes before your scheduled video visit, you'll want to log into the patient portal to make sure your equipment (laptop, tablet or smartphone and internet) are working properly.
