I called at approx. 6:15 and was told I could come in if I wanted to. As I was in quite a bit of pain I ignored the cold tone in the receptionist voice and went in, arriving about 10 minutes later. Dr. Murray was equally abrupt with me and asked very few questions, saying only he would write me an order for an MRI, which he forgot to do, and was already gone by the time I got to the desk to pay. Then there was another problem at the pharmacy, as he forgot to sign the prescription. Really?? The next time I want to lose eighty dollars I will simply roll down my window and throw the money out. Thanks

Where is the 0 star option??
I did an online check in, showed up the the clinic and it was closed!! Seriously, who operates any facility this way? No sign on door to indicate they stepped out or went to lunch. Just an empty parking lot with a close dark building. Thank goodness the medexpress down the street was open and got me in with in 5 minutes of check in. I'd highly suggest you call to make sure they are here before you go in or get an appointment online

Just moved from Florida's East Coast to the West Coast. I've been under doctor's care since 1999, when I became disabled.
Bayfront's staff and Dr. Murphy were professional, kind, and compassionate. They took care of my medical needs until I could get an appointment with a new primary care doctor in the area. I was amazed by them! I asked, and wish they could be my primary care!

Like what everybody else says, don't waste your time. They are useless all they want to do is take your money and do absolutely nothing for you. I had blood work done and they keep telling me the doctor doesn't have time to look at them. (it's been a week) but the lady running the desk says it's normal. First off how does she know and is she even allowed to look at them?. Will never go back

The service you get at bayfront really depends on which doctor is there. None of the staff are very caring compared to other walkins.

Don't waste your time with this place. It has gone downhill dramatically since the days of Dr. Ciomega.
I waited one hour and 20 minutes to be see. They were only 2 patients in front of me. The doctor was sauntering around by the reception area like he had all the time in the world. At the 1 hour and 20 minute mark the nurse pokes her head in the room and said, "sorry but the doctor is working on a primary care case." Really? I have never known any doctor to spend an hour and 20 minutes on someone while hanging out with staff. Like I said, don't waste your time.

When its with the doctors CIOMEGA was there I believe my care was taken care of so much better. The doctors who were there last year gave me a shot and I was good to go and I felt good within 24 hours... this time my meds made me sick more. and now I had to call back to get some other meds.. I went in for a headache, sore throat and ear infection and cough... a typical cold but because I have asthma I have a lot more breathing problems... I believe the nurse did a good job, but I feel that a doctor on call should have taken care of me instead. but overall it was okay... I have no bad words to say
