Critical: Professionalism
We switched to a new vet due to feeling pressured for unnecessary treatments for our younger dog. They also forgot our older dog passed away (after they took care of all his treatment and cremation) and asked how he was two weeks after we picked up the ashes. Very overpriced too.

Great, timely communication!!!!!
I reached out to Queenstown Veterinary Hospital to schedule a second opinion in regards to Cleo one of our dogs.
I am very happy and satisfied that I made this decision.
Dr Patricia Ware is very knowledgeable and professional.
She was always in contact with me to update me on the latest developments and information.
I highly recommend Queenstown Veterinary Hospital from the front desk to the technicians and doctors.
Thank you for being there for Cleo and I

While we were on vacation my dog developed a condition that required urgent care. Queenstown Veterinary Hospital saw him just a few hours after I called, and treated him wonderfully. They explained everything very clearly.
And as a bonus, the bill for an emergency visit at Queenstown was less than the bill for an annual checkup at our vet at home in Charlottesville, Virginia.
I HIGHLY recommend Queenstown Veterinary Hospital.

Queenstown was wonderful with our elderly doggie. The vet and assistant got down on the ground with her and were gentle and caring. They were understanding and sympathetic to our doggies pain tolerance and figured out a wonderful treatment plan. Highly recommend them!

Horrible services, only nice people were at front desk. will never go here again. The vet tried to tell me my dog needs training.. disrespectful!! he’s a year old and he was at the shelter his whole life. She went to give him a shot and he was terrified so she didn’t give it to him like it was a problem for her. so unprofessional!! so expensive don’t recommend going here at all.

I love this vet hospital. Queenstown Vet is incredible. We drive from Annapolis and it’s absolutely worthwhile. Dr. Bailey, her doctors, and her staff are professional, kind, communicative, and go above and… beyond to care for my golden (and previously our other golden that we said goodbye to earlier this year).
The hospital is state of the art - clean, bright, and a happy place to bring our dog. QVH has done an especially phenomenal job during COVID. They frequently push updates on social media so all are aware of their procedures to keep us safe and their staff safe.

QVH and Dr. Bailey are the best!! Ellie, my Frenchie, likes to eat EVERYTHING and Dr. Bailey is our go-to vet whenever she does! Dr. Bailey thoroughly explains what symptoms to look for, treatment plans and overall just makes the experience less stressful. The staff at QVC are always very friendly and the office feels cozy and welcoming! 🐶

BEST. VET. EVER. I have a dog that absolutely hates car rides and dislikes the vet and they made him feel very safe. We went back yesterday to them and that was the happiest he has EVER been on a car ride. Everyone who has treated my dog, my sister's and my mother's dog has been the most helpful with them. Not only that, but they have been consisted in what they recommend to our dogs which is always amazing! Would recommend this vet! BTW the receptionist and the vet techs are absolutely amazing with people and the dogs as well!

Saying I’m extremely frustrated is an understatement. We originally went to Dr. Hammer and transitioned to Dr. Bailey when he retired. It’s been nothing but downhill since then. We never see her, the front desk staff and the Pharmaceutical staff act like they don’t communicate. Anyone that’s been in this office knows they are 5 feet from one… another. Every time you call here, you reach a person that acts like they have no idea what you’re talking about. In general the tone is condescending, and belittling. The last several times we have brought either of our

I tried taking our 4 year old yellow lab to Queenstown Vet tonight at approximately 6:10pm for an emergency. Our yellow lab has a bump on her stomach that later caused her to have extreme swelling throughout her stomach which led us to walk in Queenstown Vet (being we are LONG time patients) for an emergency for her to get examined ASAP. While it only being 6:10pm and with posted hours until 7pm, the aloof staff upfront said they couldn't look at her until tomorrow AM. While not understanding what the issue was since they still had 50 minutes until closing, we asked if they could ask the attending

My lab, Bailey has major fear factors. The Doctors and vet techs are so patient and kind. They are so interested in making his visit as stress free as possible. As an owner I am so grateful. This is my third visit and I have nothing but a glowing report ! By the way , Bailey said thanks for his new patient toy!🐾

I recently left my long time Veterinary hospital after my Dr. retired, and the service just plummeted. I stopped into Queenstown Vet Hospital one day and they immediately made me feel like I was part of the family. The hospital is new and super clean. The front desk staff is super friendly and attentive. They were able to schedule an appointment… for the very next day. When I arrived with my dog for the appointment, they had a welcome sign at the door with his name on it. The Tech and Dr. Bailey made him feel so comfortable he was not even nervous. He would still try to crawl under my legs

BEST VET WE HAVE BEEN TO. You can tell the people who work at Queenstown Vet truly like animals. Every time I walk in, someone stops what they are doing to play with my small dogs. I have been to other vets in the area where the staff could seem to care less. Dr. Bailey is amazing. You can tell the second you meet her how much she loves animals. The focus has always been on the care of my dogs, not their bottom line. I never feel like they are trying to get me to do unnecessary procedures or tests just so they can make more money. The office is always clean. We had a dog prior to the 2 we have

So happy that we made the switch to QVH. We are looking forward to keeping our labradoodle, Louie healthy under your care. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. From the initial phone call to our follow up from Dr. Holbein, we have been thoroughly pleased with QVH. We would highly recommend their practice to our friends with fur babies.
