Recently moved to this area and needed a vet for our dog. She is a bit timid and I was concerned how she would react to new people. No need to be. They were wonderful and she was fine. I highly recommend Denton Animal Hospital. Dr. Schriver and his staff are great!

I am so happy to have found Dr Shriver. He was kind enough to let me bring my injured dog to him on a Saturday after I first moved here. Not all Vets are willing to care for an animal that was not yet a patient. I appreciate that and have remained a loyal client

I've been going to Dr. Shriver for my pet's needs for about 15 years now. There are almost no other vets I trust as much as him. When I walk into a veterinary clinic, I'm there to find a solution to the problem my animal has or have a routine check up performed. I'm not there to sit in their state of the art waiting room and watch the Wendy Williams show in high definition. The second I see that, I know exactly where my money is REALLY going.

I saved a kitten from a storm drain almost 3weeks ago. Took him here to be evaluated and they wormed him, and gave him a nutritional supplement because he was severely underweight. They told me his weight was 1.4lbs and I immediately wrote it down in my phone when they told me so. My kitten was lethargic from the time I reacued him but that was none of their concern. Yesterday I took him back telling them that his paws seems sensitive and he doesnt seem right, he's still lethargic. he's 10weeks old now and seems lethargic still. They were ONLY concerned about his weight, because they recorded it

Been coming here for many years for our rescue dogs and cats. Doctor is very quiet, and you may want to ask a few questions for more detail about follow up care. But his skills with the animals are excellent, and he has accurately diagnosed the ills affecting our pets over the years. He'll tell you everything that is going on. He has also been sensitive to holding down test costs that, while they may provide more insight, really are unlikely to have any benefit to long term outcomes. Front office staff are pleasant.
