Mark was wonderful. Very kind and personable and professional. Although I'm sure he's seen many many engagement rings over his career, he made us feel like the ring my fiance picked out was one of the nicest and highest quality rings he's seen and made us feel very special about this recent large purchase. He also explained some of the technical concepts to us as well that he looked at in evaluating the ring to help us have a better understanding. In addition, he prepared a thorough and very well laid out professional report to provide the insurance company. I would recommend him to anyone.

Having been the first time I had ever purchased Jewelry, I was a little nervous about finding an appraiser that was trustworthy and honest with me. I purchased an engagement ring from Etsy, and the documentation that came with it was not reliable. My girlfriend also has quite a few metal allergies, and I had to be careful not to give her something that would make her sick. That being said, I consider myself extremely fortunate to have met Mark. All I had to do was express my concerns with him, and he took the time to educate me over the substance, value, and quality of every aspect of the ring

We just bought a pair of diamond studs and needed to make sure we got the real deal, you can never be too careful. We are so fortunate to have found Mark as he's extremely professional and very knowledgeable.
