I received a family heirloom ring and wanted to take it to a place that would ensure my ring was safe and handled carefully. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received. I had it sized down and added some slight width to the band. When the ring can back it still seems to spin. They took care of it by adding a couple of small beads on the inside of the band and it turned out perfect. not to mention they have treated me like I was their only customer and in this day and age, feeling valued just adds to the experience. Amazing Quality for whole sale prices. Beautiful pieces and the people that work there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Not only that, they also do amazing repair jobs. I had a very expensive ring that the jewel came loose they repaired it by adding more gold and cleaned it beautifully in one day! Most places take weeks!

Praful was very knowledgeable about the diamonds. He helped me select a diamond ring for my wife. When you want to understand what you are purchasing and why the price he will explain all that information. There are so many other retailers that will not take the time that Praful does to make sure you are buying a quality diamond at the best price!
