My name is Lisa and I live and train in Fairfax, Virginia. I love working with people who are starting out in their quest for fitness and those who are finding their way back. I know first hand the struggles and it is real from recovering from injury, health issues and mental health zapping your energy and motivation.

Hello, my name is Lisa, and I'm here to help you make the journey to health. I have been in the fitness industry for 17 years and I am the areas expert in injury recovery and rehabilitation for baby boomers, seniors and everyone in-between. When I started working out, I never expected to become a personal trainer.
But here at RediscoverFitness, we are committed to providing a safe, socially distanced service for all of our local, in person clients. In-Home Personal Training with precautions in place. If I need to bring my equipment in, I will bring disinfectant wipes to clean the equipment. When possible I will stand 6 ft away.
When you work with an in-home personal trainer, you make the most of your time. No packing bags with clothing and gear, no traveling to the gym, or searching for a parking spot, and no time spent locating a locker in a crowded locker room. I will arrive at our scheduled time, and we will spend our time together working to meet your fitness goals.

Lisa is wonderful to work with. She listens to my needs, goals and limitations and tailors workouts that are perfect for me. It is both fun and challenging and after eight sessions I am already seeing results and improving in strength. As a mother of two with a limited schedule she gives me the right amount of encouragement and pushes me to work hard without being too aggressive. I am so pleased with our sessions that I have signed up for ten more. I highly recommend Lisa for personal training!

I have been training with Lisa for about 10 weeks and am very pleased with the results. I’ve been having breathing problems that caused me to turn into a couch potato. Since working with Lisa who has concentrated on building my stamina and heart and lung function I am now able to walk almost two miles a day.
Lisa is always professional and always on time which I appreciate. I would absolutely recommend her ( and have) and know she would help you reach your goals too.

My husband and I have been seeing Lisa Erlich since the beginning of 2021 twice a week at our home. We have some weights and equipment but she also brings items that she knows we don't have. We have different needs and aims for our sessions and Lisa has easily worked with us on our goals. We have both improved a great deal since working with Lisa and plan to continue. I have improved muscle tone and strength. My husband has improved strength and flexibility. Lisa routinely mixes up the exercises and increases the weights used to keep from falling into a rut. Lisa is very friendly and very easy

I am so grateful for Lisa! Working out with her has changed my life. She is so supportive and encouraging and ready to meet a client where they are on their fitness journey. Through her carefully planned workouts I was able to eliminate pain from a long-standing hip problem that I had recently finished therapy for. Because she is so knowledgeable about muscles and injuries she was able to provide the exact workouts I needed to strengthen muscles without creating new issues.
