IMP Fitness Teen Performance Training focuses on IMProving speed, strength, coordination, flexibility, agility, proper form and overall fitness.
IMP Fitness is "knot" only the place to work-out, but we are now the place to work-out your knots! Purchase a package and split up however you wish for savings on your massages sessions! Come on your lunchbreak for a 30 minute or for a relaxing 90 minute session, it's up to you how you use your 3 Hours.

I'm giving this business a 2.5, but i'll bump it to a 3. NO malice intended, this is what I think you deserve from my perspective. There are a few reasons, the first being that you never emailed me what you said you would, which was an email you said you sent out to all members saying that people had to show proof of vaccine if they wanted to work out without a mask. After you said this, I left, no fuss no muss, never made any threats or any kind, pull the security tape if you don't believe me. Still, you never sent me that email because it was never sent

The place is clean and has great service. I love the fact that this establishment takes pride in the well being of their employees and all of their members. I canceled my Orange fitness membership because they were not enforcing people wearing maskes or asking for vaccine cards.
The gym has enough equipment and Joe is an excellent trainner.

I have been with this gym for the last two years and unfortunately, since my wife and I are moving, will be canceling our membership.
I have worked out at many gyms over the course of my 12 year fitness career, and I can honestly say that this gym has created the best lifting atmosphere I have ever had the pleasure of being apart of. I will honestly miss this gym, and as my wife and I try out gyms around our new location, we always find that the soul is lacking.
The emoyees create a very welcoming environment, and are always friendly and ready to help. A very strict "clean up after yourself"

I left a review two years ago. I am still a member and want everyone to know that my review back then remains the same. The owner Joe has done such an amazing job keeping this place immaculate. It is so perfect. He continues to update the equipment. I agree with other reviews that there are no hidden fees everything is straightforward. If you want to go to a gym that is clean, well equipped and a great place to work out, this is the place to join.

IMP Fitness was just the right fit for me during the challenges that COVID-19 has become for those of us that have limited access to gyms and fitness equipment over the past year and a half. The 24-hour access and vast selection of equipment was perfect!
The members were practicing social distancing and sanitization practices as directed even when staff members weren’t present which shows the positive culture that IMP Fitness has developed.
Zach and the owner Joe are always friendly and welcoming! I am tremendously thankful for the opportunity to workout here and wish IMP Fitness continued

IMP Fitness is one of the best gyms in the area. Joe, the owner, is a fantastic personal trainer who genuinely cares about the safety and well-being of his clients. I'm in great shape and I have lost 10 pounds this past year thanks to Joe. If you think you're going to get better treatment or a better deal at another gym, good luck with that—I was a member at two other gyms and none of them even come close. Joe and his team run a great gym—I encourage everyone to give it a try!

I joined IMP FITNESS when it was under a different name. As a former health club employee, I am very particular about what a gym offers. This is a GREAT gym, locally owned, open 24 hours and Very Clean! I have never had to wait for a machine or weights. There are designated areas for free weights and weight machines, cardio and stretching. Personal Training is offered too. If you need to contact the front desk or membership, just email them.

As a former XSport and 24 Hour Fitness attendee I can tell you that IMP is a breath of fresh air. I'm never waiting around to use equipment, patrons actually put their weights up, and it has everything I need. No one is needlessly taking up equipment by playing on their phones for 20 minutes at a time. And the facility is actually clean. Ownership and employees have been nothing but awesome to me. I'd recommend this gym over any other in the area. Note: I usually workout in the 4PM-7PM time frame.

I had the exact same experience as Jessica G. After being a loyal member for over 8 years, I canceled my membership. When I noticed that they were continuing to bill me, I was told that they had no record of the cancellation. They continue to bill me despite canceling in accordance with the contract requirements. I'm not sure why the owner was so aggressive but he had zero patience to hear me out and implied that i was lying. Extremely frustrating experience. To be fair, the facility is nice if you're looking for a small affordable 24hr gym, it's the customer service that is

Terrible ownership. The owner tried to reach a "deal" with my husband despite him cancelling his membership 7 months ago. Apparently they don't keep records when a member cancels? The owner was combative and defensive with my husband. So glad my husband is no longer a member, even though apparently it will cost him.

When it was Everybody Fitness this was a nice gym with old yet usable equipment. With IMP taking over they're trying to market it more for the idiots that infect other gyms in the area. That's a shame because the appeal of the place was that it wasn't like other gyms. They've now introduced music into the gym. Songs with the same pounding aerobic room beats. Many of us like to wear headphones and listen to our own music but that will now be an issue when the music is blaring from speakers. The worst possible music that never changes.

Great gym! The new owner and staff have brought a spike in positive energy and are making big strides daily to make gym even better. This 24/7 facility has everything you need to reach your fitness goals. The equipment mirrors the big box gyms minus the hype. A welcoming, supportive atmosphere for people at all levels of fitness.

I joined Everybody Fitness because it was convenient to my house, and it was relatively inexpensive, compared with some other workout places. Now, after six months, I'm canceling my membership. The cardio equipment--my primary reason for joining--is rickety at best, and occasionally broken. The air conditioning barely works--not a problem in the colder months, but now that it's summertime, I find it unbearable.
Worst of all, the facility is filthy. Trash that people deposited on the equipment will lie there for weeks. The men's locker and shower area are truly disgusting.

We just cancelled after a year -- we like having 24/7 access but cannot justify $70/month (2 of us), when half of the cardio machines are broken or rickety, there are no classes, no music, and barely functional A/C (with buckets underneath collecting the water - seriously). The locker rooms are also in dire need of remodeling.
It has the potential to be a nice gym, but needs better care and attention to the atmosphere. A little turned off about the comments about the contract -- we didn't run into any issues but still have a month left on our contract.

You really feel like you are getting your money's worth with Everybody Fitness. At my previous gym, I paid about $15 a month, which was awesome, but it was dingy, small and old. Here, I pay closer to $40 a month which is quite an increase from my previous gym, but worth it and much more affordable than places like Lifetime Fitness. Everybody is clean, large, in a great location with up-to-date equipment and friendly personal trainers.
I love that it is open 24 hrs (for those 2:00 AM gym fixes) and there are plenty of machines so you don't feel crowded in.

I am a member of this gym. It is affordable and functional. They have plenty of cardio, free weights and resistance machines. It works, it is open 24 hours, offers month to month contracts and it is very cheap. That was what I was looking for when I joined.
The gym is only staffed until 7 or 8pm. I rarely see them and it doesn't bother me. I compare it to a really well equipped hotel gym that I can access whenever I want, most of the people are just doing their own thing and it's quiet. They don't play any music and the gym is rarely busy. I love it.
