I refinanced my loan on my house I live in with PCMA and I can honestly say everything thing went as planned. It did take a little but longer then expected with underwriting but other than that I"m really happy with their service and my low interest rate loan. If your self employed sometimes you need a lender that thinks out of the box and gets the loan done. I applied with PCMA and I read some not so good reviews and I was really nervous thinking when is this bad bomb of change going to hit. I'm happy to say that never happened and everything was disclosed as promised and no bad surprises

First, you must talk to an UNLICENSED individual. That person will gather (what they call non-personal) information, such as income and address. Then and only then will they refer one to a LICENSED individual who will provide rates. I do not prefer to give over all MY income to an UNlicensed individual before talking to a LICENSED person who can provide me with information about the different loan programs and interest rates. Since they only want it their way, I did not proceed with the process. Everyone else is willing to talk to me about the loans they offer and rates. Not sure who they

PCMA Team has been terrific! Our refinance application went very smoothly considering our unique financial situation during this Covi-19 times - that affected both; our own business sales that dropped down drastically and also increased our personal credit cards debt as a result of the lost of the usual monthly income. This lender saved our lives....we had been trying to refi for over 12 months and several lenders we tried working with but our situation was challenging,however Matt Craybas and Rob Sharples took the time to find the best option for us to get Refinanced and through the entire process they were very communicative and kind.They also were under a very tight time crunch but they worked extremely hard and got our loan funded.
I would highly recommend PCMA for anyone that needs a home loan or a refinance I promise you will not be dissatisfied.

Received a promotional offer in the mail for a low interest rate loan refinance but after going through the process the interest rate will come out much higher. They indulge in cheating by initially advertising low mortgage interest rates which they probably can't offer in the general case. What a waste of time.

It's all started when I received an add on the mail. I made a call and spoke to Sam Mandegar about how can he lower my interest rate . He did not only helped me lowered my interest rates by 2 percent but he also educate me on the whole processed of refinancing my home loan. This company sucks. They mailed me their "invitation" to get ripped off:
They offered me a saving on my mortgage and had me fill out an online application. The saving offered however was all smoke and mirrors.
They only focused on was the monthly amount I would pay.
Proposing a new interest only loan that had a higher interest rate and paid down none of the principle.
I pointed out that my current mortgage had a lower interest rate and that I was paying down the principle and the interest on the loan. Thus buying equity in the house, which is a saving, and at a far higher monthly
