I have refinanced mortgages quite a few times in the past. This was my first time using Marcie at Quantum and she is the best by far. Beside getting a very competitive rate, the process was practically effortless from beginning to end (and it happened in the middle of the pandemic). Marcie and her staff were quick to respond to my email and phone questions, and she was right on with her answers. She sent helpful videos clearly defining each step.
