I just completed a refinance with Brian, and it was about as painless as this process can be. Paperwork was accurate and completed promptly, despite the large number of people getting refinances right now. Rates were very competitive and reduced by 0.25% while we were going through the process. Brian was proactive in letting us know about the improved rates, and gave us good advice about not locking under current loan market conditions. Overall, a great experience!
