Jeff's team has worked on a couple of my cars over the past few years. Recently he fixed an intermitant electrical issue on my late model Dodge truck that had flumoxed two other mechanics. FIgured out a full fix and sourced the needed out-of-production parts from a salvage yard. Not only were the parts and labor a fair deal price-wise, but across six months the problem is now solved and my truck is back to being reliable. Professional, smart, innovative, and always focused on the customer. Hands down the best auto mechanics I've ever had the fortune to work with.

Very helpful! The owner let us know they wouldn't be able to fit us in for a few days so spent a considerable amount of time on the phone giving me tips on how I could try to fix the issue myself. He was right about what the problem was and it was a quick fix. We need more people out there like this!

We were vacationing with family in LaConner and our 06 BMW ZHP that my 18 year old son drove up starting making noises. Jeff was able to fit us in the schedule - and was able to get the work done by the time our stay was over and we had to head back home to Portland!
The job was done - done right- and done for 1/3 the cost of an estimate for the same job here in Portland.
I cannot recommend highly enough this shop and the folks that work there. Thanks again!!

A good friend of mine referred us to Jeff at Import Auto Sports and because I value her opinion, my husband Jeremy took his BMW there. It was a drive (Lake Stevens to Anacortes) but well worth it. Jeff is one of those rare mechanics who is honest and doesn’t rake you over the coals. He took the time to determine what the problem was and it turned out it was something my husband could fix himself. He was amazing to work with, and the only mechanic we will take the BMW to. If I had to pick one word to describe him it would be integrity. Highly recommend!

If you want to experience quality customer service from a reputable and experienced auto repair shop, then you definitely want to drive over to Import AutoSport. I've been taking my Beemer (04 BMW X3 - 93kmi) to Jeff for about five years. Jeff's locally owned auto repair shop is conveniently located only a couple miles out of town off Hwy 20. Import AutoSport always makes me feel like a priority, and most importantly Jeff only recommends necessary maintenance - whether he performs the service, or refers customers to another local business

I owned a VW Passat that no other shop could fix until I brought it to these guys. Jeff (the owner) knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. They are one of the few shops I've ever been to - maybe even the only one - with customer service skills. Very professional, nice mechanics. Since then I have consulted him when buying a new car and he has done all our repairs.
