Bad experience, very unreliable
Made me late for my service appointment.
Definitely this towing company will go out of my service list. Had to call them like 4 times and every time I called them they would say 10 min ETA and with the time they took to arrive here, I would of drove to San Francisco and drove back. To be honest the only reason I didn't cancel the service is for the cancelation fee they have which I totally think its so unfair. It would be fine if they offered a reliable and professional service, but it ain't like that. Had my appointment more than 40 min ago and this towing company

First the bad news: the wait time for a tow truck was absolutely excessive. I was given a 45-minute ETA, but ended up having to wait nearly 1-1/2 hours for the driver to come. The dispatchers gave me stonewalling instead of service.
Now the good news: the main reason I gave any stars at all is the tow truck driver, Mehenna. He was very professional, courteous, efficient, and friendly; in fact, he went the extra mile for me--literally and figuratively. Now THAT is service! :-)

Quoted us one thing and told us a completely different thing once they arrived. They explained it was gonna be $7~ per mile when they arrived they decided to switch it up and say $12. After almost an half an hour of arguing, they had the audacity to ask us for a tip because “people usually tip” for what?? Service was horrible. Prices are way over. You are better off going to a different place. Adding on it took them almost 2 HOURS to get to the destination. If I had to give them zero stars, I would.What a rip off.

I called at 10:00 pm just sitting there waiting on the side of the freeway still nobody haven't show up 30 mins pass nobody still and I was calling and calling n the women who answer the phone was just giving the run around saying there 10 mins away she went from 25-30 mins to 5-10 mins nobody show up I had to call another towing company he came in 15 mins...this place sucks I wish they had the number zero so I won't give them a star

Everything started fine, ETA was about 20-30 minutes. Then my husband gets a call that the person, who was supposed to tow, got rerouted and they gave him an ETA if 40-50 minutes. We called around and got one closer and called this place back to cancel, only to find out they wanted to charge US a cancellation fee after THEY were the ones who changed the ETA. Typically when you need a tow, you're not always in the best position to sit around and wait. If you're the one who is making my already stressful situation even more stressful by having to wait even LONGER than you had INITIALLY
