We are regular customers here and we extended our stay for an extra day. I was told, they would honor our rate from the day before and give me the same price. My wife took the card for them to extend the stay and when I came back, they charged us the higher rate. When you give your word , honor your word. Especially to your regular customers.

Very good place to stay. Recommend staying near the back of the property, where it's quieter, further away from the street noise.
I rate it more like 4.5 stars. There was no internal fan in the bathroom, making that room steam up quickly. Also, the the hotel permits smoking outside in close proximity to rooms, instead of in some designated outside area away from the rooms. The gross smell from smokers was hard to avoid, even with windows closed...
