Place was quiet, well kept, clean and a great location for what we needed. People were polite. We had a room with a cute balcony..place is well kept, attractive grounds.
One thing we didn't like was that we didn't get to use the gym as they limited usage and timing to one room at a time.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Hotel room pictures are distorted to look good. There is no free parking in spite of paying premium price. Hidden amenity fees billed without notify the customers. No breakfast. They are charging $10+ per day for parking, coffee, etc whether or not you use this service. They are not informing customers in advance about these hidden amenity fees. It's total bummer, I'll never book this hotel again. Overall, not a good experience.

We absolutely loved this place. The rooms were nice with little patios or balconies. The site is beautifully landscaped with a couple little courtyards where you could sit and relax. Nice outdoor pool also. The deli store onsite had great offerings and there were plenty of other places to eat within walking distance. Also a short drive to the Stanford campus and Caltrain. A great place to stay for exploring the San Francisco/San Jose area and the countless sites and state parks in the area. Palo Alto is a nice town with lots of great restaurants.

Good place for lodging. Nice and clean and it looks like they remodeled their bathrooms recently as they were super nice. The rooms also have a fridge and microwave. They don’t offer a free breakfast (reason for the four stars) but there are plenty of places around to eat within 5 min or less of walking.

We recently stayed at Creekside Inn and I would definitely stay again. We had a Superior King Room with a balcony. The room was very spacious and seemed to have been redone in recent years. The bed was very comfortable and the room came with two plush bathrobes. Unfortunately the creek is dry, so the only sound of running water was a fountain in the middle of the property. It was within walking distance of several restaurants. For what we paid, I think it was definitely a good value.

Was a lovely stay. The rooms are clean but in need of a makeover. The grounds are beautiful with all kinds have different plants and trees. We sat out on the patio and enjoyed the many birds who visited. The location of this hotel is convenient to Stamford and priced in our budget so that is why we glad we did. This is our second time staying here and we plan to do so again. The only thing I would say that truly needs to be addressed, is the staff are not real helpful or accommodating. We asked for additional pillows well checking in and they said they would be delivered to our room but they never

They moved me to a new room because there was a flood in the one I was in.
I was told I'd be getting a discount for the hassle.
After reviewing my final bill the cost is more per week than what my weekly quote from hotels.com was. The discount was applied to a higher rate. Making it not a discount at all.
I was told the cost increase because the new room was an upgrade. It surely wasn't it also had water leak issues in the shower and smelled like smoke/mildew.
Ridiculous.
They treated me like moving me was a favor and then gave me a "discount".

I had an early morning appointment at Stanford so this hotel was perfect. My hubby time to drop me off and be back to our room for his morning conference calls.
The room was clean and the grounds are so pretty and relaxing. Check out time is 12pm, which worked to our advantage because due to covid, Stanford only allows patients and caregivers in the hospital. Hubby got to work in our room until a little after 12pm before he had to pick me up. We will definitely be back.

This place is a little gem that no one seems to know about. It looks like a motel from El Camino, but once you enter, you'll find yourself in a little oasis of old trees, flowers, and bridges over a creek. The rooms have been updated and have balconies overlooking the gardens. We have had family reunions here and everyone absolutely loved it. It's "our" place now. The staff is very accommodating too. Highly recommended!

This was my favorite "hotel" in Palo Alto. Much better than Nobu, Homewood & the Four Seasons (which will be receiving their very well-earned 1 Star review).
I stayed here several times in summer and fall 2018 for various business events. It was quaint but clean and the staff was 5 star. They had a Tesla taxi service that took me around town.
I had options to stay at more expensive establishments and I chose this one time again.
It had a cute deli/ice cream shop on the premises and was central to wherever you needed to go in SV. Unpretentious guests... which goes a long way in

Hi..I stayed at Creekside Inn for several weeks due to its close proximity to Stanford Hospital.
I found their place to be immaculate & friendly from Front Desk to service to my room!
Did I mention the serene grounds surrounding the rooms..like a peaceful Zen garden!!
If ever you need a place to stay in or near Palo Alto, I highly recommend it! Mary K

We come to Palo Alto every two years for a football game at Stanford. This was our first year at Creekside Inn. The hotel was in a great location if you are in town for Stanford. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. The ice machines were always empty but that's probably because the tailgaters kept filling up their ice chests. Not blaming the hotel one bit. Just a warning to visitors in the winter .... don't turn the heater in the room completely off when you leave because the room will go back to freezing and takes a while to warm back up. One evening we could see our breath in our room

Here I am once again staying at this hotel. It never disappoints! I'm here for my son's graduation from Stanford University. I booked two rooms and requested them to be next to each other but when I got here one of them was outside and the other inside. I wasn't satisfied with this, went to front desk and the young clerk immediately offered a change to my satisfaction even though this is a very busy week for all hotels due to graduation at Stanford.
Once in our rooms, all is just extremely clean, neat, modern. It has everything we need including enough charging stations on
