I went to West Town Jewelry & Loan having done my homework and determined not to be taken advantage of when selling a gold ring that I had. Gabe, the owner inspected it and gave a quick rundown of current market value & how much he was able to offer. I was pleasantly surprised that his offer fell into the higher end of what I hoped to get for the piece. On top of that, he was friendly and pleasant to interact with. This was my first time selling any type of jewelry and I expected the experience to be akin to dealing with a car dealer - a shell game of numbers and fees. Glad to say that it was transparent
