We offer a wide array of classes for men, women, and children, suited to both beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Our kid's program taught by Professor Pablo Silva is aimed at improving your child's self-confidence, mental focus, and overall physical health through the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

As far as BJJ schools go this is a top tier one. Pablo and his students are intense and focused on positions (points) and submissions. The atmosphere is upbeat, school is inviting with its pristine white mats, weight room upstairs, lots of changing rooms and plenty of space overall.
Kids program is on point. The kids are disciplined and diligent in their practice. Coaches maintain this structure and reinforce good respectful habits.
This is an ideal space to learn, practice and compete BJJ.

This gym has opened the doors for my son and I to the world of BJJ. Pablo and his coaches are honorable individuals whom offer next level training to all. The actual facility is top of the line, Clean Matt, Full Gym, Lockers and Changing Rooms, An elevated viewing area for Parents and the list goes on. More than glad to say we train here!

We put our son in PSBJJ when he turned four. He was "having problem focusing in Pre-K" according to his teachers. We figured he was a four year old boy with a LOT of energy. I was skeptical at first since he was so young and everyone else was so far ahead of him. Pablo is very good for and with him. He is learning to focus and gets the direction he needs.
