Great place to live at. Property is well maintained and always clean. Staff is so friendly and they take care of any problems you might have right away. Excited for the new upgrades on the property. One of the other great things it comes with Appliances. Stove, Fridge, dish washer. It’s also Kid friendly! Comes with a pool and a park as well as a basketball court for kids to enjoy. We have been here since 2015 and don’t have any complaints. Recommend it for sure.

JESUS through me have lived here at Orchard Park twice ! From Jan. 2007-2014 and then GOD called me to the Christian ✝️ Mission field from 2014-2019. And GOD allowed to move back to Orchard Park Apartments Nov. 2019 to the present ! My experience living here at Orchard Park has been pleasant ! I appreciate that the management keeps the property welcoming and clean. The management is professional, friendly and helpful. They are efficient and quick with completing service work orders. The neighbors are nice and friendly. It’s been a pleasure to live here at Orchard Park Apartments !

This is a hidden gem apartment complex!!!!
Upon moving in a few years ago, my apartment was beautiful!! The walls had fresh paint and the flooring was nicely done. The whole apartment was very clean. This apartment complex takes care of their units.
My neighbors are all very nice. The staff here are very friendly and know us by name. The maintenance men are hard workers and very responsive! I am so thankful for all the workers here.
Some apartments have carpet. I have hard wood style for my flooring (which I absolutely love !!) The apartment overall is a good size and very cozy. It's easy to

I have been here since 2014. This is an excellent place to live. Appliances are included, the only thing not provided is a microwave. Right after I moved in the refrigerator stopped working. They replaced it immediately. The maintaince men are wonderful. They are polite, friendly, and trustworthy. I trust them completely to be in my apt an fix any issues. The office staff is very friendly. They know what's going on and deal with any issues immediately. I feel very safe here. The people that live here are friendly and watch out for each other. I have made some good friends.
