The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including; wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. Third party verification will be required of all income and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required.

If i could i would give ZERO stars!!!! worst apartments in Banning. They are constantly having inspections at least 2-3 month you dont know if your apt will be selected or not so they will do it with you home or not. They will write you up for leaving a loaf of bread and a jar of peanut butter on your kitchen counter!!! This happened to me, I just got done feeding my kids and had to take them to the school bus. I came back my husband said they came to inspect and wrote us up on this. They never fix anything unless you call fair housing on them. Drugs and gangs are a major problem, shootings
