Amazing office workers. My A.C Was done for and the best has been bad. Over 100 degrees a day. They did not forget about me and finally today I will have a brand new A.C installed. They had trouble locating the right A.C but have been in contact with me serval times reaching out to me not to worry that they have it under control. They responsed quickly and find a solution to any problem. They do everything they can to make residents as comfortable as they possibly can. The office workers are amazing!. I appreciate the small things you do for us. Janet is amazing!!!! Thank you team.

More like “Victim Gardens” Lots of crime. They are nice inside and actually better than where I use to live, but that hot water has a mind of its own! Cold to hot! Hot to cold! Water comes out brown sometimes! but I was told that’s the water company and it’s normal? They are surrounded by duplexes, mobile homes, houses n other apts in the back. People always cutting thru the Vista Gardens up to no good.

Absolutely terrible, maintenance and front office ignore basic problems. They will not offer any solutions. The website advertises pool and laundry facilities but they can’t even offer hot water. My apartment has been without hot water for over two weeks and management and maintenance have done nothing but check the water and tell me that it’s cold as well

I do not recommend this complex to anyone. It is nice inside but do not let that fool you into thinking this would be a nice place to live. It is not safe at all either.
I have had multiple packages stolen from my front door, hampers and other items stolen from the laundry room, had our motorcycle stolen from the carports (was told they have 24 hour security and security cameras that work but sadly found out that both of those things are not true), had a tire slashed in the parking lot even though it was a family members car that hadn't been there before, and plenty of interesting characters walking

Vista Gardens was my first apartment! So sad to go and I will miss the girls Valerie and Blake. The manager Valerie Love is wonderful and does her best to work with you. Maintenance always gets the job done in a timely manner. The property is very quiet and well kept. I lived here for about a year and a half and have had no complaints. Thank you guys for everything!

I have lived at Vista Gardens since last year. It surprises me to see some of these reviews. I do live in a building that has had hot water on and off up until the new manager came in. I have had the hottest water the last month. I love my apartment and my neighbors. I love management. The new maintenance and office staff is great. The girl at the front office is friendly and the manager use to be the front office person. She is a wonderful manager and has always gone above and beyond. I always see the maintenance working hard and never sitting around. I plan on staying here at Vista Gardens as

I been here for 2 years now and this is a very nice place since they have new management . They really cleaned this complex up, Fixed the hot water issue . super nice maintenance men.
They get on issues needed to be fixed fast, the office staff is very super. Pet friendly nice pool and hot tub. Come by and check the place out.
