My wife was looking at some coins and has to ask prices since they were not marked... after a couple price quotes the sales guy rudely asked "are you just looking or planning to buy" in a rude tone. We could not believe he would ask such a rude and abrupt question...what a turn off. Sol's...Don't feel like your so established that you can't fail... keep customer service in mind at all times...

This location is TERRIBLE!
I have been there more times than I can count and never feel like I get a good deal.
They are not willing to bargain much on their price anymore and anytime you ask how much something is they say gimme just one second and let me look it up online.
If I wanted to pay online prices I would just shop online.
Why waste my gas coming to your store?
When I asked them this they said cause you may have to ship it back if you buy something online. I have bought many things online and only have to return 2 things...both I wound up getting to keep for free and refunded my money

Had a great experience here last week. I stopped in after dropping my fiance at the CWS just to see if they did ring resizing/repair. Hearah was SUPER helpful and attentive the entire time I was there, gave me a great price on the repair and sizing, and let me look around for wedding bands as I hadn't tried any on yet. My ring looks great and the price was fantastic!
