Has Gone Way Downhill Under New Management
There was a time when I wouldn’t have recommended any area jewelry store other than Erwins but not anymore.
My wife and I wanted to get our wedding rings cleaned for our anniversary. We took them to Erwins who told us it would take 2 days. That seemed long but ok. Sure. Was told the rings would be ready for pick up at noon. We show up at noon and it’s obvious they had forgotten to clean the rings. Instead of just being honest about it, they try to clean them quickly while we’re in the show room. We get them back and the rings leave black smudges

Erwin's has and is the place to go! Very sad I won't see Frank when I walk in, but so happy for Rebecca and that Erwin's is staying in the family. You are taken care of here, each and every person spends time with you to get you exactly what you want. There will be times you have to wait, and I 100% can tell you it is worth the wait!

Absolutely an amazing place! The customer service here is outstanding. My husband and I went in because we heard he fixes watches. Sure enough, he does and it was a great experience. We have been back several times since then and we love buying gifts for the family here. Go ahead give it a try, shop here you won't be disappointed. I stopped in for a last minute Christmas gift and he gave me a jar of spoon lovin fudge. How sweet! He is an all around nice guy.
