I have been going to Steven's Jewelers for several years hoping to find something unique and personal to me and Steve has never disappointed. Recently I had found a piece that he had in stock so I purchased it, it needed to be sized and he suggested that the third party workshop/jeweler he used for sizing could add a personalized touch to the item to go with another piece which I was excited about. When the item was returned to him the third party jeweler had sent him back a completely different ring. This was realized as soon as I saw it and Steve was mortified. The third party would not do anything
