Thank you to Beverly and Tabitha for helping me find my new place! I moved from out of state and appreciate how smooth they made the process.

I applied , gave a 40$ application fee for willamsburg apartments . I was told I got approved and later was asked for a 140$ money order to hold the apartment . I gave the money order to Beverly (she’s amazing a great person) later received an email saying I was denied , we called to figure out what was going on because we had the cash in hand for the house deposit. And turns out we got denied cause of a prior eviction in Massachusetts, when covid started , we were paying way more in Massachusetts so we couldn’t keep up due to covid me loosing my job and my kids not being able to go to daycare

Dont even bother to move here these people dont care avout nothing had to live with this condition for seven months and did absolutely nothing about it but put whit spray paint and some caulk glue where it was coming out also got real sick lost my job and they tried to evict me for 450 when i was sick cause i was living under these conditions and i also went thru a fire in my apt and didnt get moved of unit they dont care they didnt even bother to offer me another unit and im soon to not having a home because all they did was break my lease didn't care if i had where to go they couldve at least

So far I'm enjoying my studio. The new management has been spot on. Mary has been a great new addition to the staff.

My husband and myself went and saw not one but two units and both had roaches in the bedrooms and on the kitchen counters. Absolutely disgusting wish I could give no stars.

These people are the worst property managers I've ever seen! And there is so much deception it's ridiculous! They lie about rent specials and they lie about completing work orders. Don't move here..... find a house to rent. This company is awful!

By far the WORST! Unprofessional management including the corporate guy that comes to visit. The corporate guy actually wanted to fight me because he thought that I was accusing him of tampering with my a/c unit! They fired the best a/c maintenance guy they had and the ones they keep around don’t know how to fix anything. I went 3 days with no a/c and the manager said it was priority but she said it’s not actually priority until it’s 90 degrees, which it got up to 88 degrees. They don’t have any respect for anyone. All in all, I definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Hartford Common and is the worst apartments I have lived in. The management has no respect for tenants and have the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with! The property manager here now, is someone that makes excuses and false promises! The corporate guy that visits this place is grimy as they come. I came to him with a problem and by the end… of the conversation he wanted to fight me... Told me to stop talking to him... They fired the maintenance guy that worked on a/c! I have asked about multiple things be fixed in my apartment and has yet to be fixed... I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT

Dishonest. I was an applicant and very upfront about my credit situation. They told me they have no min credit score but i couldnt have a cosigner anyways. This is fine as i have great income, great rental history and references but i suppose they didnt want to check that. So after they told me they had no minimum credit, I apply and they charge me the fee and then almost 3 hours after deny me FOR CREDIT. So i have tried to get a hold of the office for 3 days and No one would respond to me. I understand being weary to rent due to credit but instead of allowing me to call and discuss things, such

Kim Is very, very rude and racist. She is not professional at all. Horrible management with no people skills.

Nice and friendly service....... Kimberly is very informative and knowledgeable about the properties...... Will refer to anyone!

Great management staff. Kim is always walking the property with a smile on her face even in the rain. If I tell Kim something is wrong in my apartment by the next day it is fix.
