As a rental property owner, I am very pleased with the professional relationship that I have with Insigma. The owners and their staff have always treated us fairly and are quite responsive when we have reached out to them (which isn't often). We bought the house in 2006 and we've been using Insigma since approx January 2007. Over 13 years together , and I can honestly say that I have no complaints. Not only have they been professional, but they have always been friendly and sincere. They have kept our property rented for all of these years and we couldn't be happier.

Good only for collecting money from you and getting tenants in there pretty fast at below market rents on the same street. BEWARE!!! Charge $200 yearly fee. Charge $250 fee every lease renewal. Plus charge the management fee. Charge Contract Buyout Fee of $260 or more. Charge for direct deposit. Try to over charge on HVAC repair by $1,700 so they can pocket that money. Don't want you discussing repair cost with contractors. Don't respond to emails in timely manner. Ghetto staff that responds to emails 30 days later when you ask question about security deposit statement that most provide, feels

Insigma Group, LLC disregarded my request to have a tenant pay for damage they caused to my property. The Property Coordinator with Insigma Group, LLC advised me that the tenants would not be renewing their lease. Insigma Group, LLC managed this property for us. When they significantly increased our property management fee, we decided to terminate our management agreement with them. Prior to the tenant moving out, I notified the Property Coordinator that I learned there was damage to the garage door of the property. There were two very large dents in the garage door. Each dent was about 1 foot
