Expect a call back…… ah whenever 2 weeks in my case when I wanted to find our why I wasn’t allowed to mount the DTV on my roof like all my neighbors, I dod get a much quicker response to my inquiry about a key to my community pool, but it was written in a way that made me feel as if my question was bothersome to m’lord lol, We have paid into our H.O.A. for over 15 years I think maybe you forgot where your money comes from Faith?

I've had a great experience with Faith, and Todd King, for the last five years. They've allowed for online payments of HOA fees recently, which is very convenient, while still allowing for mail in options, too. They're very quick to respond to issues and to resolve issues.

This company does virtually nothing to enforce THEIR rules in my neighborhood. I have tried since 2012 to get a couple of small issues taken care of. Nobody that works at this company cares or even tries to earn the worth of the HOA fee's we have been paying for almost a decade.

As expressed below, the people that work for "THIS COMPANY" clearly do not see how an HOA works. Apart of the HOA is having regulations that ban trailers being parked in the neighborhood of Hunters Cove. This is your companies policy. So if you cannot enforce it then who can? I guess we can turn to an attorney to get our HOA dues back since 2012. Considering we have a sufficient amount of call logs, texts and recorded voicemails left with multiple people in this company. Ball is in your court.

Not a friendly management company for renters and highly overpriced for owners! We took 3 mos to vacate our old situations while we got the FPM house ready for a baby shower, etc. Because of that Kelly with Faith refused to have the owners pay to clean the construction dust found on every surface. We paid $200 out of pocket to have it cleaned up to a livable standard. After we complained, the management company started harassing us regarding anything they could find: the weeds from previous tenants took 2 years to control but Kelly did not have the patience to wait for proper yard care and threatened

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Terrible at communicating with owners about repairs (if they’re ever done in the first place.) Finally got new roofs and exterior painting done this past November after being told it was going to be completed the previous year. Faith Property Management didn’t even send out letters to inform us the roofs were going to be replaced- the owner of the roofing company taped letters to some of the front doors, therefore, some residents didn’t even know about it until the roofs were being torn off. Oh yea, and did I mention that the roofers came after the painters, so a lot

I lived in a townhouse with Faith Property Management for two years, from 2016 ~ 2018, and I was largely extremely pleased with the experience. The maintenance team in particular was top-notch - while the townhouse's structure and amenities were old and did need replacing during my time there, maintenance was always quick and easy to work with when problems arose. In particular, at one point we had trouble with wasps around the townhouse, and not only did maintenance come out to remove the nests, at one point later when there was a smaller influx the managers themselves came out to look for nests
