Bride's Best Friend, strives to inspire her clients to have confidence in the day, stop worrying about the menage of details, and focus on being present in one of the biggest moments of their lives. We want to design an experience that is completely unique to you. With every planning package we offer, our goal remains the same: allow you to be present in the moment. We work with you to identify your priorities, match you with choice vendors who align with those priorities so everything fits together as it should. I've been working in the wedding and events industry for over 10 years. I established Bride's Best Friend in early 2010 and went full time in 2017 and never looked back. I have planned or coordinated over 100 weddings and have learned something at each and every one of them. Every wedding is so unique and every couple is so different that I always get an opportunity to learn and grow with every event that I do.
I believe that no wedding is one size fits all, and everyone has a wedding vision that is uniquely true to them, so let's bring it to life! I started out in the wedding industry as a venue coordinator in the beautiful Texas Hill Country where I coordinated almost 100 weddings. I am eager to pair those skills with those learned at Bride's Best Friend to help create the perfect wedding day for you!
I'm Cayce Donnelly, your new best friend. I'm the type of human that likes to have a plan for everything and I've always had a knack for putting things together in a way that helps everyone stay organized (you should check out my color coordinated closet). I thought I was an organized person, but then I met Cassie. Bride's Best Friend knocked it out of the park. Cassie is the reason we had a perfect wedding day. We used BBF for Wedding Day Coordination. Her list of recommended vendors helped us find several of our vendors easier. We started working with Cassie two months out, rather than one month out like some other coordinators we interviewed. This helps us tie up a lot of loose ends with time to spare, rather than scrambling in the final days. She also helped us create a wedding day timeline that made sure we had time to breathe and eat!

Working with Cassie was the best decision I made for our wedding. I contacted more than 6 different planners and Cassie was by far my top choice. Cassie was AMAZING! She was super detail oriented and organized. She was great in making sure that our priorities for our wedding were met even during a pandemic. She was very responsive whenever we had questions. She also kept you on track with planning without being pushy. There are so many additional details that you don't think about with wedding planning that she was able to ask and take care of. I highly recommend Bride's Best Friend to anyone who is planning a wedding. Cassie (owner) is very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. I initially booked her because my original venue required a wedding day coordinator. The services and advice she provided was invaluable. Due to COVID-19, I had to cancel my June wedding and ended up having a much smaller ceremony in November. With the cancellation, Cassie quickly pivoted and offered expertise on working with our venue and vendors to cancel. Cassie was the most amazing wedding planner and coordinator a bride could ask for. I had originally planned my wedding for May 2020. Due to covid I had to cancel it and move it to another date. We had the best 10 Year Anniversary Party thanks to Cassie and her team. While we were on a family vacation Cassie organized the entire event including the venue, catering, and a live band. Thank God for Cassie. Let me start off by explaining that I am a super-organized person, and was a super-organized bride. As in, personalized folders with schedules, pictures of all of my family members, contract copies, etc. for each vendor, organized. And hiring Cassie was about the best money I spent on the wedding.

We hired Cassie for a day-of coordinator for my daughter's wedding, but she was MUCH more than a day-of coordinator. She was so very helpful in assisting us in the months prior to the wedding by giving advice, information, helping us to be sure we were remembering all the details of a wedding, and getting all of our information that she would need for the wedding.
