Horrible place to live, will not recommend again.
Cockroaches upon move in, rude management, mailbox never fixed after 3 request. You can pull the entire box open and get into everyones mail. Screwed to hold doorknob onto bedroom door wrong size, door to patio stuck so bad my friend fell trying to open door and needed to go to Urgent Care.
DO NOT RENT HERE!

The front office can be nice and clear of snow! Must be nice! Our walkways and side walks should be clear with salt! Duh so people don't freaking fall!

Friendly staff, apartments are not maintained. Management does not provide notice more than 12 hours, and if fail to do as there letter states they fee, fee, fee you.
Cockroaches in the apartment upon moving in, less than 12 hours notice to clear all counters and cabinets, no emails no calls just a letter at the door.
Carpet to baseboard has over 13 gaps where you can see through over 1/2 inch gap.
Lights in halls of buildings work intermittently, laundry room light hasn't worked in the 4 months I've lived here.

They say you get what you pay for and I must admit I was not satisfied. Great area everything is convenient. Although apartments are dated it was decent room and living space, but there was a serious mold problem in my apartment on the basement level. You can hear everything noise level is horrible. Trash is always full and smells and you pay for this utility. So Not recommending these units try other living accommodations in the area!

I am residing in this community for 5 yrs but the Property Manager is very arrogant now. She changed a lot after becoming a manager from assistant manager.
Here is my issue in detail. I faced stove coil heating issue and i have raised the issue with the property maintenance team. First time, my issue was closed without resolving it and second time the maintenance person came and just heard the issue and closed the ticket without resolving it. I got a call from property manager and she raised her voice and said that i am raising the issue again and again and i will charged for 25$ if maintenance

If I could give it a 0 star I would. I have lived here only 5 months and there is mold in my air vents and god knows what In my actually air unit. I have put in multiple work requests and nothing gets done. I am a leasing agent and I know these fair housing laws are not being taken care of at all. I pay a lot to live here and you cant use any of the amenities as they are gross as well as overcrowded at all times and my smoke detector has been going off for a month now. When I moved in I needed my floors fixed and it’s still not been done. Do not move here. 100% will not be renewing and hope no

The office staff are very nice but the issues here are out of their control. They do not have enough maintenance employees to handle the work orders.
I've been waiting over a month for a replacement of a faulty smoke detector. Our laundry light has been burned out for weeks. Trash blowing around that I clean up myself and no recycling program. The drain on my patio keeps backing up and I have submitted so many work orders that are not being taken care of. The maintenance guy is so overwhelmed that he's out of breath and practically running to his truck. I

I have been a resident of the Villages at Symmes Crossing for 10 months. I want to share my experience and observations. The grounds are very well landscaped and maintained. There are nice amenities, a pool, tennis courts and a children's playground. The apartments themselves are equipped with modern appliances and well architected spaces.
The maintenance staff is to be held in high regard. I had a water heater die and within an hour, Shane and his crew arrived and replaced the water heater. Shane assured me that if I ever needed assistance, just call and he would make sure to respond. With such

Based on my experience, I do NOT recommend anyone to rent there for many reasons:
The rent is high for the provided service, old A/C units that brings your electric bill to around $240 a month, the pool is always dirty and nobody cleans it at a regular bases with a closed restroom which encourage to waste the pool and make it unhealthy environment. Also, the management team were not collaborating with the residence, my fridge was leaking water from inside for a whole year and they never got this issue resolved. the tennis court is in a very bad conditions with a damage lighting poles. when you

BUYER BEWARE!!! : OMG! Avoid this place. I rented here for several years and they always over promise and under deliver. I was a great tenant always paying on time and never asking for too much in maintenance/ repairs. I moved in with a cracked window that took them almost 1 yr to replace, they painted over the walls that appeared to have mold underneath. My ceiling had a leak from the neighbors plumbing upstairs and took them 6 months to do something about that.
I've literally had to sue these people several times because they constantly don't live up to the terms and will create BS rules (not
