NKY Apartments was great to work with. I moved from out-of-town so they sent me pictures of the apartment and let me sign the lease after seeing it first-hand. What an awesome place to live. We had less than a hand count of issues and only with loud neighbors, not with the owners we were renting from. Our communities and homes are located less than ten (10) minutes from downtown Cincinnati and five (5) minutes from Mainstrasse Village, peacefully nestled next to Devou Park or along the Ohio River.
