I've lived here for a few years now and can say without a doubt it's the best experience I've had renting by far!
The leasing and maintenance staff are always great to work with and go out of their way to greet you and help however they can. The building is in a perfect spot sandwiched between OTR to your north and CBD to your south, giving you tons of things to do within walking distance. I lived in a two bedroom in the Renaissance for one year while starting my first job in Cincinnati, and now I am happy to say that I am moving back, after a year and a half away-- this time into a one bedroom!
My roommate and I absolutely loved our time here-- we enjoyed cooking dinner and bringing it to the rooftop for sunset dinners, we always worked out in the gym on Bachelor nights so that we could watch cable (we never bothered to connect our apartment because we usually stream), even the party room has a fancy coffee machine, and it was our Sunday morning routine to make lattes there.

From someone who has lived at many apartments in big cities...The Renaissance truly feels like home! I am so happy that I signed an 18 month lease. It is incredibly comfortable here, very quiet and safe. The amenities are wonderful- parking garage, gym, and the rooftop are things you won't find elsewhere. The apartments are very large and renovated with high quality. The upgraded kitchen really makes you feel like you're in a home. Betsy, Lynette and Don are the absolute best. Not just management but friends and willing to help always! I wouldn't suggest any other building in Cincinnati!

My wife and I have just renewed our lease for 6 more months at The Renaissance after living here for two years. We have enjoyed every amenity they offer, and are certainly staying because of the incredible community this rental office fosters. They engage their residents for improvements and have worked hard to keep our home safe and clean through the unprecedented pandemic. They also plan great events with residents when things are normal for added fun and entertainment. It has truly been a treat living here, feeling like city royalty at a very reasonable value on rent. Moving here was the best decision. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my apartment. It's perfect. Everything is kept immaculate by the staff, and they are so kind and fabulous to work with. Quiet building, cannot hear neighbors. Many amenities as rooftop, gym, lounge area, pool table if you want a little change of scenery. Location is IDEAL! Walking distance to many places or a quick ride on the streetcar. HIGHLY recommend renting here. Looking forward to lengthy stay.

We've been renting with the Renaissance for about 2 years now and just decided to stay another 18 more months because we loved it that much. We're in the process of moving to a larger unit and the transition has been a breeze. Both leasing agents Betsy and Lynnette have made the process seamless and we couldn't be happier working with them. The apartments location, price and amenities can not be beat in downtown Cincinnati!

I have lived at the Renaissance for over 3.5 years and have enjoyed calling the Renaissance home. The sense of community, attentiveness of leasing & maintenance staff and amenities (rooftop, gym, common room) make this a compelling place to live. Also, the location is perfect – a nice balance between the river and OTR, with close access to the streetcar. Each unit is practical and offers a lot of space for an apartment in the city. I personally enjoy the high ceilings and tall windows. I recommend scheduling a tour if you are considering downtown living!

My roommate and I had a great experience renting with the renaissance. Our room was spacious and beautiful with high ceilings, authentic windows with a great view. The amenities of the rooftop patio, gym, and party room made the apartment feel more like a community than just an apartment. Also, building wide events were very fun and allowed us to make friends with our neighbors. This building is a great mix of all ages! The management staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Specifically, Betsy always went above and beyond to help with any requests that I had. I have never had an apartment management
