This has been the best place for me to live. Although I’ve only been here a month everyone has been awesome. The Manager Jami Bowling and Amanda have been so great to work with. They were so accommodating and friendly regarding all of my questions before moving in and since moving in. They have made me feel more like a friend than just a resident.

My Fiancee and I have lived in this community since 2015. Regardless of where you hang your hat, you'll encounter issues. But what makes this place better than others is the amazing communication between the residents and the office. Anytime I had an issue, I felt comfortable bringing it to their attention. I'd always get a response, usually by the next morning. Having had two occurrences of water damage, I can also say maintenence was quick to fix any problem. Even when I made an emergency call at 2am!
There will always be people that simply see the bad and nothing else. But as residents ourselves

Waited over an hour for someone to actually be at the leasing office during business hours. I completely understand lunchtime however, their closed sign said be back at 12:45 PM and still at 130pm no one was back... we had a nice gentleman from the pest control company let us know when he spoke to them they were sitting down to eat at 12:18 PM. Must be nice to have a job with an hour and a half plus lunch. I am a very good tenant with a quite lifestyle and work 2 jobs. Time is very valuable and the only thing this place did for me was waste it. Super bummed because I really like this place and

Stay away. Buildings are not structurally sound and management is lovely until you decide not to renew your lease... I seriously would have recommended this place a couple of months ago. However the tone towards us changed immediately after we decided not to renew our lease so we could live closer to our jobs. Then... An ignored maintenance request resulted in our neighbors ceiling caving in. There are other places to live in Eastgate. Don't take the risk. They have a reputation for charging a ton in damages upon move out and sending it directly to collections before you see it. We'll see if that

Location is incredible, I love my place. It is so cute. The maintenance are so nice and seem to really care. I’ve only lived here 1 month, but my neighbors talk about how things weren’t managed great in the past. I haven’t seen any of that. I guess the people here now are new. I really like the girls in the office, they have been great to deal with. I would recommend this place to others, for sure.

So many items to list off.
Service- Absolutely abysmal. The rent is ridiculously high for the apartment age and utilities within the apartment / town home. The maintenance is sub par, often requiring 3-4 times out to fix the issue, if it is fixed at all, and that means going to file 3- 4 more work orders to get them to come out to do it right.
Management- We seem to get new owners, and management every 2 months or so. Don't get use to the people int he main office (when they are actually there) as they won't be the ones there the next time you seem them most likely.

WOW! I have seen way too many negative reviews! My Significant Other and I just renewed our Lease. We are going into our 3rd year of living here and we LOVE it here! I admit the first year was a bit rough. This place changed managers/maintenance help like every week (or so it seemed) and work was NOT getting done. NOW we are under new management/maintenance and work is getting so much better. A new name, a new look, a new office manager, and her assistant. 860 East has worked hard to make changes/improvements and these things don't happen over night. Joe and I couldn't ask for a better and safer
