Please review the BBB complaint on this company as they have deleted my previous reviews and comments below are misleading. They tried to muscle me into staying in a contract until they could sell the house . As Mary points out I closed on a new house after providing military orders and had to get a JAG involved as she didn't want to honor them, therefore I had no motive to be upset as I was trying to get out my lease. I can provide emails and documentation showing her trying to settle on a side agreement until she could sell the house. Very unethical practices I truly hope she has learned and

We rented through them for over a year and called several times at the beginning about the dishwasher which was disgusting and did not properly work. We were told on the phone that the owners could not afford to buy a dishwasher at this time, but if we wanted to we could put our own dishwasher in. We bought a new dishwasher and put the broken one in the garage. When we go to move out we took our dishwasher out and left the broken one in the garage. I don't know where to start, hands down worst reality company in the world, when you deal with them it's like your dealing with the devil, stayed one year so my contract was over so now it was month to month gave them two month notice said they will find another renter, they found one in two weeks, told me to make sure the house is really clean,gave me one week to leave, I packed like a professional and moved, came back and wife and I cleaned that house spotless, even cut the grass, washed all windows, called them that the house was ready, they said will send you the deposit, cool!, one month later

Our home buying search lasted more than a year and Mary had been pleasant and patient all along. She is very accommodating no matter how busy she can be. She is also quick with processing paper work and communicates well with us as well as the seller agent. Ellis Realty (Mary) has been a blessing to my family from 2012. She is a very reliable realtor and I have no complaints about her. She managed my rental property for 4 years, and was an expert at everything she did. Her fee for managing the property was very reasonable. Mary got my property rented all 3 times within 3 days and sold within 2 days at a much higher asking price. That's the true sign of a professional realtor. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a property manager or realtor.

My fiance and I have been looking for a home to rent for a few weeks, planning to move into a home in January of 2014. We decide to go with this realty because at first Realtor Alice seemed like she wanted to assist us in finding a home. But after only showing three homes she said to me that she could no longer help us look for a home basically bc I didn't go for one of the 3 homes she had shown.
