I am a current tenant. My property manager is David and he has been nothing but amazing. He has been very responsive and has sent someone to look at our ac twice with the issue being resolved within 48 hours. I let him know my mom passed away and I needed help and didn't hesitate to help, he didn't have to but he did. From the moment I spoke with him before renting this place, I knew he was a man of integrity. Please don't let the bad reviews discourage someone from renting or buying a place from them, they have been great and I am very appreciative that I am here. I have meet Abigail as well and

I have had Stonepoint Properties as my property manager for 2 years now and they have been great. When we moved to Missouri we couldn't sell because we still owed too much. They have a fantastic background check system in place so that you know your not putting a Felon in your home. The start up fees are way less than anyone in San Antonio right now. John Lineweaver is a fantastic owner and military veteran who takes no BS from anybody which is good because it keeps the tenants in line. My property manager Leona Flores is awesome! Stonepoint Properties kept over $300 of my security deposit even though the house was spotless and well kept beyond and tenant. The property manager David even said we were the best but then he turned around and charged us for carpet cleaning. We hired a professional cleaning service to clean the home and the carpets and also sent David the receipt and he still charged us. I have never, ever been charged for damaging or neglecting a house i rented. I always take pride in the property and treat it like my very own. This house did not have any holes in the walls because we didn't hang any pictures

Stonepoint Properties unfairly kept over $900 of our deposit..!! We leased a home for about 6 months on the west side of San Antonio that Stonepoint Properties manages. I had recently retired from the Marine Corps and were in the process of building our new home so most of our household goods were in storage. Therefore, while residing in their home we only had the basic necessities (we hung nothing on the walls), yet we were charged $423.50 for wall touch up paint.
