I’ve been in the military for over 10 years and have rented the entire time and this is by far the WORST company I have ever worked with. No communication from Becky when we were moving out had to call the actual landlord to get answers and to have her contact us back. Took 2.5 months to get the deposit back and when we received the deposit (they made us turn keys in and did their own inspection without us there) it was less than half of the deposit for repairs we were never told of and that were there when we moved in. I have never not received my full deposit back but this is the first. Most

If I could give a zero for my rating I would. Rebecca Kelly was not the ideal agent I wanted to conduct business with. Upon contacting her and leaving voicemails, emails she didn’t do a great job at responding to them or getting back to me. I found her to be unprofessional and rude when I spoke with her to inquire about a property I was interested in renting that had been on the market for 20 days, she claimed there were 3 applicants already. However, I was informed previously that there were none but based on Rebeccas tone and attitude she clearly was not trying to service me so i would not

I rented from McNicholas Realtors for 2 years. The AC went out and was fixed within 24 hours. Any time we brought concerns to Peg she scheduled maintenance promptly. We returned the house as found, and received our full deposit back. The house wasn't perfect, but was priced accordingly, so I was happy with the experience.

Would not recommend.
Listed a home that we sold after managing a rental that we owned.
“They” approved a $1000 A/C repair and NEVER told us about the charge. Not in text or email... nothing. We happened to see the charge on the final settlement statement AT CLOSING.
It was then explained that they made an executive decision since they didn’t think they could reach us since we were on a cruise. I was reachable while on the cruise and my husband wasn’t on the cruise. Very much reachable. Didn’t even attempt.
THEN they explained that they were charging worse case unexplainable “final”

We leased a house from Mc Nicholas Realtors in New Braunfels for two years. We never met anyone from the company during that two years. All of our business with them was conducted over the phone or by text or e-mail. During that time the company sent an A/C tech out twice a year to check the heating & cooling units. (they always called and made arrangements for us to be at home). We had a thermostat go bad on the range and when we called to report it, they sent out a repairman the next day.
When we decided to relocate, we were required to give a 30 day notice. As I was searching for their company

We rented a property from McNicholas Realtors for three years and were very happy with the service that we received. Peg and Becky were very easy to contact as they are available by phone, text message, or email. They responded very quickly to our concerns and they sent professionals to our home to repair our problems. We received a prompt refund of our security deposit when we left the home. We are very grateful to Peg and Becky for all that they did.

Avoid this "business" at all cost, there are plenty of other better-rated realtors in the San Antonio area. My husband and I were active duty military looking for a home to rent in Texas while still stationed in California. We were on a tight time frame to find a large home to rent without having the opportunity to look at the home first. I found a home to rent on their website and the application process was fast and easy...that's the only good part... Once you sign the rental agreement they forget who you are. We had multiple problems with the home once we moved in- garage doors not opening,
