What was your biggest fear before hiring me (Austin)? Did it come true, and if not, what happened instead? We weren't sure that our house would sell. It only took 9 days to get an offer. The house was EVERYWHERE on the Internet! How do you feel about the process of buying/selling your house? The buyers had some financing issues which delayed things a bit but they really worked with us so that we didn't have to move twice.

The end of our lease was approaching just as the COVID situation changed to quarantine, making our search for a home to rent “interesting” and complicated. Josh is a consummate professional. He taught us how to buy a home and we used that method sequentially.
