These guys were not the best to work with and I don't recommend trying to refinance through them. There was a bunch of false promises from start to finish. I understand the market changes, but they did nothing to try and help me get the best option for months for a refinance. I had to hassle them for weeks and months just to figure out what was going on with my file and what they were even trying get for me. I wasted so much time with these guys and it seemed like excuse after excuse. My guess is that they take on too many clients and they don't make you feel important. I know that there was nothing

After 5 months and countless follow up calls and emails . I felt very disappointed with this firm. Customer service is in the past for this company. Their underwriting department is pathetic and questionable decisions on whether I could qualify was poorly critically thought through. I wish this government would see people like myself struggle and be less focused on the legality of policies in a Fanny Mae! A bit of empathy would serve your ethical side of working for us: customers!!!

Run Don't Walk , Away from these Lying Shysters !!! My first loan with this deceptive company was less then a year from my second refi .Before I started the first loan I asked their loan broker ," What if interest rates go lower? His reply was ,"I PROMISE If rates should go lower in the future ,I WILL REDUE THE LOAN, at that time and CHARGE YOU NOTHING , I Promise .(LIE) .

I can't say much about the company, I can only speak about my experience with a specific lender. I had a horrible experience with Mike, very unprofessional, immature and disorganized. Due to the lack of communication as well as disorganization we had to switch lenders mid escrow. Upon switching lenders, he sent me and my agent a very unprofessional rude email. I am so glad this deal did not work out with him and he did not get my business. I will definitely not refer anyone to Mike.

We had a great experience with our home refinance through Loanleaders. Sr. Mortgage Banker, David Galante, provided exceptional service. He was responsive through the entire process. We closed our loan with the same costs that David estimated in the very beginning. There were no surprises, and David replied to every email that we sent him which helped us to relax and continually have a very clear understanding of the process and the status of our loan. We tried 3 different lenders, but Loanleaders were the quickest to respond and had the best rates and lowest costs of the 3. While we were comparison shopping, both of the other lenders I spoke with said they couldn't match the offer Loanleaders had found! When we ran into glitches in the refinance process, Loanleaders listened and made things work for us. Our loan closed at a great rate and very low costs, with the full cash-out we needed. I will definitely recommend Loanleaders to friends, and will go to them first should we ever need to refinance or obtain a mortgage in the future.

We were at the start of our refinance with a lender we've used for the past couple of years...until we came across Gary Gass! He explained the process and stayed in contact with us through the whole refi. Talk about a "NO STRESS DEAL!" Within a few weeks, we signed the paperwork and our house payment went down $540.00 dollars!!!! If you're tired of all the stress of the other guys... give Gary Gass a call and you to will be very surprised at how easy this is ..."not to mention the $$$ you'll save with him.

By very careful of initiating work with this group, especially with Christopher Chittick. I logged into Lending Tree with the desire to refinace my primary mortgage. Loanlenders via Christopher Chittick was one of the first to respond. We had a good conversation, clearly outlined the objectives of the loan (simple refi, Jumbo loan). Christopher stated no problem this is what they specialize in and we agreed to move forward with an authorization to run credit. I was contacted by LoanLeaders after applying for information online and had a number of good conversations with my contact at the organization. I was shopping around as any savvy buyer should do and had a few options that I was reviewing. I was supposed to connect with my contact but got caught up with some family matters and when I informed my contact that I was going in another direction, they questioned my integrity and stated that I was not a good guy.
Very disappointed with questioning someone's morale and I have asked to never be contacted by this company again.

Robert Amato & Loan Leaders rocks! I'm not even sure how I came in contact with Loan Leaders but I'm so glad I did. They called me, I think it was a lead off of Bankrate or Lending Tree. We're self employed with excellent credit but getting a loan these days is difficult. I contacted several companies wanting a conventional 15 yr refi. The credit union that had the loan said we didn't qualify. The local bank said it would be possible but only with a 20 yr (pleased they had suggested an alternative). Recently, I bought a house and Helen Kim was my loan officer. She deserves more than five stars! Her job skill is super in everything - quick response, accurate information, timely follow up, etc. I wish she was my agent, too :-)
