Just moved to Charlotte & needed a new orthodontist to fix glue on my bottom bonded retainer. Staff was very friendly & got me in quickly. A few months later my top bonded retainer also needed more glue. Again, they got me in quickly & did not charge me! The doctor and his staff are all great- highly recommend.

The braces are on! After 2 years of monitoring her teeth and waiting for the baby teeth to all fall out our awesome orthodontist put my daughters braces on. Over the past two years Dr James and staff have been so great, and where it really showed is how excited my girl was to go to this appointment. There was no trepidation. From the first evaluation appointment in 2019 to the explanation of costs and options prior to the fitting today, we were happy with the service and kindness of Sacksteder Orthodontics, and really appreciated their guidance through my daughters journey. Great staff. They really listen to your needs and work with you to get you taken care of. For me, I lost my retainer and need a replacement, but I was a new patient. Instead of blowing me off for three or four weeks they were able to rearrange and get me in next day and make a retainer in house to hold me over till my long term retainer comes in. And they have a great tea selection in their beverage station!

My son just got braces with Dr. Sacksteder this week and we couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience! We didn't have to wait weeks to get a consultation. When we arrived, I made some delicious Starbucks coffee while my son played on one of the iPads. The consultation was THOUROUGH! All questions answered. The receptionist Cindy was such a gem to chat with! She also had all of my insurance paperwork ready to go. Getting the braces themselves put on was easy and pretty quick. They showed us a video and talked through how to care for the new hardware and also practiced since
