We Offer12 month leases (please call rental office for exact pricing depending on lease length). We allow pets! (Breed & Weight Restriction Applies) They must be under 25 pounds fully grown. We allow a maximum of two pets. There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $250 and it is $20.00 per month per pet.

Whoever posted the waterbug and deceased rat...THANK YOU...omg I would've lost every bit of my since of existence...thank you thank you...I was literally getting ready to put in a application here. Glad I always check the reviews first. There is nothing worst then moving in somewhere that has an infestation. Did you see the size of that bug...oh my lord I would've fainted lol....thank you a million times.

I have lived here just over a year and I I like it. Didn't think twice about renewing my lease. Community is kept nice and clean, calls for service are answered timely and professionally. Have never had an issue dealing with the office. I'm leaving this review because I have read some negative comments. I have nothing negative to say. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that nobody is perfect. That being said, I am happy here. I don't plan on going anywhere until I'm ready to buy a home

Honestly disappointed. We were so excited to move into this place. We were denied because of 5 credit points on my boyfriend's credit score. The lady was very argumentive, not friendly and actually hung up on him while he was trying to get an understanding of why we were denied. They never even called me to let me know we were denied, they just called him. I had to call and ask questions. At first it was income, which isn't possible, we make 5x the rent, and then she told me to ask my co applicant. Please get ahold of your leasing team.

This place has been home since we’ve moved in almost 3 years ago. The rent in the area is ridiculously high, this seemed to be a perfect option for the price. The small backyard came in handy when we adopted our puppy. Never had any issues with the maintenance, they’ve always shown up on time and fixed anything that needed to be fixed. Perfect for a small family. Only left cause I moved out of 757. Attached is a view from my master bedroom window.

The management in the office is rude and lairs. Put in a maintenance request months ago they still haven’t taken care of it. The gate is always broken. It might as well be the ghetto. People only stay here because it’s cheap and convenient definitely not because it’s luxurious. The apartments are outdated the wiring is backwards. They pretty much just patch and paint over stuff. They say they don’t take section 8 so they will get these apartments up to code!

Do not live here. I’ve been having issues with roaches and bugs ever since I moved in. They knew they had an issue with bugs and decided not to disclose the information. I found a roach in my children’s toy box and immediately called management. They brought out and exterminator to fix the issue but the issues persist. The Maintenance guys just walk in your house without announcing themselves or even giving you a courtesy call. I’ve called the front office plenty of times regarding these issues. They deny maintenance being in my home even though I have them on camera entering my home without

Good office staff, specially Paula. Good about taking care of maintenance complaints. Maintenance staff does a good job to keep the area near and clean. Location is good, itsclose 64 and shopping but off the road so has its quiet setting. My stay at college square was comfortable and would highly recommend this place. They refunded my Deposit timely. 👍👍

I have officially lived here a year. I don't see why there are such negative comments. I love it here and have had no issues since I moved in. Yes the gate is broken half the time which sucks and parking in the back in my apartment is not bad at all. The staff is always nice and maintenance is the best I have seen in any apartments I have lived in. I have had to call them once since I lived here. The apartments are great inside and perfect for my little family

1. They do not tell you if you are approved right away which is weird as every company can tell you ASAP. You have to wait a few days.
2. If you are given an apartment number better believe they will change it 1 week to your move in which is a hassle.
3. They do not give you back your deposit even if you decide not to move
4. Apartments towards the back are horrible and the parking is terrible I am sure your car will be hit sooner or later
5. Gate rarely works, not sure why they have one when its usually always broken
