Let's start with this. Of my $500 security deposit, I got back $155. It is disclosed up front that they will take anywhere from $80-$100 out of it for carpet cleaning. They charged $40 for cleaning.....the medicine cabinets in the bathrooms....that's right $40 to clean....medicine cabinets....that didn't need to be cleaned. They charged $15 to clean....wooden kitchen cabinets....wooden....you can't clean these, THEY'RE WOODEN? They were EMPTY and already clean....They charged to clean the toilets which no matter how clean you leave them a place is going to do that ANYWAYS. Any time you bring a

I rented here cause I was coming from out of state. I had to do all the work to fill in the application, send checks, go to the postal office to certified applications, etc. Every effort was done by me. It's 2021 and this place still doesn't have online services. Well I needed the apartment, so I went ahead and did it all. The leasing agent was never nice to us. If I had the choice to rent another apartment at that time, I would've had. I came from out of state like I said. I ended moving out within months because there were too many reasons like mentioned below that just didn't make me feel comfortable

They seemed nice enough online, but the leasing manager was less than helpful. They’re out of date and have no way for people to apply online. Being out of state I have no way of paying picking up an application or paying a fee in person until I move. Especially with the pandemic and all the technology available it’s really not hard to set up an online process. Instead of trying to be helpful as well, the leasing agent simply kept replying that applications were available for pick up in the lobby. If that’s how the leasing manager is I can only imagine how much of a nightmare it must be to

Happy at first nothing wrong with the apartment until I started noticing things coming up missing from 2 companies trucks that I used during my stay and yes they where locked. Upon reporting to on-site management I got the response I was expecting of what do quant us to do about it local law enforcement could do anything due to no serial numbers on anything stolen and drug use on property

I want to first off by saying that my mom and I were looking for a place to stay after a situation left her without a home. And the place I was staying only allowed her to stay three months. We looked and looked for a place and finally came upon Colony Bay and we went to see what was available. And unfortunately what we were looking at was unavailable but we found something so much better. We got a two bedroom townhouse and it’s so nice for the price and the staff is so nice. We never had any issues if we did they were minor inconveniences that they took care of quickly. I lived there for two

I had a 1 bedroom apartment when I first moved in. And loved it. It was just right. I got in a good building with good neighbors who were older so they had manners and were friendly. I ended up moving into a townhouse so my kid could have things she's never really had at home, her own room, woods to play in, trees to climb. And I've had a lot of issues with it. But management has always fixed them and in good timing and their work is solid and looks good. I have the best neighbors ever and I love my place. It's just a financial burden but I deal with it for my kid. I love the area and if I do move

I've lived at Colony Bay for about a month now. My apartment is pretty nice. No, its not luxury, but it is decent. I've not had any issues so far. The rent isn't bad either. I've not met other residents yet, but the few that I have passed by seem friendly. The only complaint that I have is my mailbox doesn't lock properly and a pack of checks either wasn't delivered or was stolen out of my mailbox, which is why I only gave 4 stars. I haven't had anything break yet, so I haven't had to contact maintenance. All in all it isn't awful. I would recommend these apartments, just make other arrangements
