The apts are really nice but the 1 bdrms are a little small (to me) but I think they are average size now days , the laundry room in the apt is good size(& nice). the bathroom is also quit big. The counter tops are very pretty, I like the high ceilings on the top floor apts.
The fact they have a place for your dog to go run & do his business is very nice.(more apts should do that).
The management seems to be on top of things.. They have several options of apt size, I know its difficult to find nice reasonable 2 - 3 bdrm apts, but these are.

8 months ago I moved to these apartments it seemed that they were going to do quiet but there are thefts in cars, in properties. noisy. They try to charge you twice for billing for water and garbage. property managers violently inspect property. The new maintenance man is a clothed animal. They are not cheap apartments they do not have to have so many irregularities.

When I moved in 8 months ago, it was a small, quiet, safe community. The apartments were nice looking and I had a great view. However, in recent months, it has become terribly noisy, unsafe, and not well maintained. I have asked for the owner's contact information from the property management group multiple times with no response.
