First time here, I had post-poned dental care way too long because of my silly anxiety. Found her via google. Fantastic. Feel like I finally found a judge-free place searching for for years. I will tell you those other two reviewers are absolutely absurd "Karen" keyboard warriors that likely gripe about everything and It was not at all my experience. Dr Kidess is smart, straight shooter, compassionate and kind and talks very professional to her staff. She's flexible to make it work for your specific needs (or anxiety if you have that, no matter how little or big). I will be back

I had the best dental procedure experience that I have had in my entire life, and I have had numerous procedures for crowns, caps and root canals. I have very deep roots and nerves. Novocaine and similar anesthetics have very limited effect on me and I have literally been screaming in the dental chair during crown and similar procedures despite the best efforts of dentists to avoid causing me pain. My dental procedures have often seemed like the dental torture in the movie Marathon Man. This has literally caused me to fear any dental procedure. Dr. Kidess is the best! I was on vacation last week and broke a crown. I called her office immediately and asked to please get me in ASAP . I got home from vacation Saturday afternoon ,was in her office Monday morning and she gave me a new crown , home by noon!! She and her staff are so sweet and great 😊

I've been scared of the dentist for years and my teeth have struggled because of it. All I can say is that Dr Kidess and staff did an amazing job. I needed extensive work done so I opted for the iv sedation. It went amazing! Woke up in zero pain, zero post op issues. It's been a few days and I've no problems whatsoever.
Dr. Kidess treated me with the utmost respect and showed genuine care for my dental health. She is a true master of her craft.

I'm quite dental phobic-but Dr and staff were incredibly supportive and respectful. I didn't feel embarrassed, in fact, I felt encouraged. The office is very clean, state of the art and has NO dental smell (which is amazing since that is one of the first things that usually hits you in the face) I needed a lot of work done but Dr took the time and effort to show me everything and go over options and didn't suggest anything that was not crucial. She didn't push any additional services or replacements-and was transparent with cost and procedures. The entire staff was friendly

I recently went in to see Reem Kidess and had the WORST experience. Not only was the service of Reem terrible but the way she treated her staff was entirely unacceptable. I will never return to this office and will be looking for a new dentist. Patients and staff do not deserve to put up with this, ESPECIALLY in the middle of a pandemic. If you're thinking of going here as a patient-- don't. Moreover, if you're thinking of working here-- don't. Reem Kidess should NOT own a practice.

I can't say enough about Dr. Reem and her staff. I came in for a sedation consultation and it was so comfortable and amazing. I am TERRIFIED of dental work but felt I was in the right place when I enquired about sedation dentistry. I booked my appointment and I had my first experience with it today. I needed three fillings and a cleaning, and it was all done with sedation. I was given a pill to take one hour before procedure, and I was driven there by my husband. My father was my dentist for 40 years and when he retired, I was very particular in finding a new dentist. After much research and visiting a few dentists, I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Kidess and cannot recommend her more. She is a very skilled dentist, conservative with her approach, stays up-to-date on the latest techniques and technology in the industry and is very professional. After going to another local dentist, I was recommended to Dr. Kidess for a second opinion. The other dentist was dishonest and wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for a bunch of dental work. Needless to say, I was hesitant. I went to Dr. Kidess to have a second opinion and she was so great. The office is beautiful, state of the art technology, and centrally located. Her staff is kind and patient and she is just top notch. She told me I didn't need half of the dental work that the dishonest dentist said I did. To say I am terrified to go to the dentist is an understatement. I found Reem Kidess and her reviews were phenomenal. She was aware of my comfort level with cleanings and picked a great hygienist who she knew would keep me comfortable. The cleaning was amazing. My teeth honestly never felt better. Dr. Kidess has been mine and my husband's dentist for years. I did stray a couple years back for the sake of saving money and I could kick myself every time I think about it. I had the worst experience ever and ended up spending more money only to come back to Dr. Kidess to fix my situation.

I am one of those people who has great fear of dentistry...mostly the drill. I needed to have some work done and found Dr. Kidess! OMG. I can't say enough about her, her office, her staff, her professionalism, and my experience with her.
