Services
Teeth will usually split beyond repair and need to be extracted if a Crown is not placed after a Root Canal. Make sure to include the price of the Post and Core, and the Crown into your budget when determining whether you can afford to save a tooth. Incisors - Your incisors are eight teeth in the front center of your mouth (four on both bottom and top).

I don't always go to the dentist, but when I do, I choose Scottsdale Affordable Dentistry. Stay brushing my friends..... it would be amazing to just leave this, but that wouldn't be a proper review.
My visit here was excellent. As someone without dental insurance, I do not go to the dentist unless I seriously need it. After having my wisdom teeth taken out 3 weeks earlier, I was still feeling residual pain in my mouth. This added to my nervousness as dentist offices can be dreary places with long waits and high bills.
HOWEVER, my experience here was the complete opposite. Despite not filling

How can a visit to a dentist be pleasant? Well, I will have to say you have to go to Dr. Nestlerode's office. From my first call with Theresa the office manager. She explained how I could get a copy of recent X-rays from another (over priced) dentist and the process to get in for an appointment along with the 3 different kinds of crowns their office offers. The Dental assistant (Bonnie) is very caring, she has a tone that I swear if a little kid came in she could read them a nursery rhyme and the child would forget they are in a dental chair. The professional, teaching, caring and excellent work

Amazing! I went to another dentist who told me that I needed $1,600+ worth of work. It seemed a little off since I've never had any dental problems so I came in for a second opinion. Dr. Barry checked me out and let me know my teeth were fine and explained how a lot of what I was being sold was a scam. To top it all off, he didn't charge me for the visit because of how quick it was. You don't meet people like this often so, when you do, they're worth keeping around. I just found my new dentist :-)

I can’t tell you how thankful I am Dr. Nestlerode and Scottsdale Affordable Dentistry. It had been a long time since I had gone to the dentist. I was in pain, and frustrated by the confusing explanations and estimates I was given by other dentists. Dr. Nestlerode not only immediately scheduled me for treatment, but also reviewed the estimate provided to me by a previous practice. For a relatively young guy I have been cursed with some problematic teeth, therefore I’m very well-versed in good dentists and bad dentists. I’ve seen them all. Dr. Nestlerode is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Second place doesn’t even come close.
He takes the time to problem-solve and work the most sensible and effective options. He cares about his patients first and foremost, which reflects in his lovely and friendly staff, and the top-notch work he does.

Amazing Dentist! I would never go anywhere else. Finally someone I can trust and someone who will be honest about what you need. They really took the time to show me why I needed the services they recommended. I have had so many bad experiences with other dentists in the Valley trying to squeeze money out of you! Great experience! Dr. Nestlerode is so patient and caring and takes all the time needed to explain what his recommendations are, and pros and cons of all options. Very affordable prices charged. Far less than prior quotes I had obtained for the same work. Front desk manager was very experienced , very friendly, and was able to accommodate my crazy schedule in finding times that worked for me. I will definately continue my dental care with Scottsdale Affordable Dentistry.

Dr.Nestlerode is an awesome dentist. He makes sure that the patient is happy with his service, very knowledgeable and fair/honest in what needs to be done. He doesn't hesitates(like another dentist I went before him) and Theresa is by far the best front desk person I've seen in doctor's offices. Nice professional and went beyond to help me in what I needed.
