Ca***, from this company called me to "discuss" a property I had for sale. I respectfully explained to the agent that I'd be happy to discuss any questions from a buyers perspective but I prefer not to discuss any real estate service solicitations. Instead of respecting my polite request... she went right to her cold call script...."What's more important to you, real estate fees or Net Profits". I once again politely stopped and ask that she not give me any random stats or ratios... but she continued to my dismay. I respect people calling and asking about an item
