Every couple of years or so I go on a climbing trip with a world-class German guide. Aside from having become great friends, we have made the summits of some of the world's most famous mountains. On each of these climbs he has guided me with the utmost care and sound judgment. Through the years, it's occurred to me that an exceptional real estate broker performs in much the same way - carefully guiding clients every step of the way in buying their ideal home or selling an existing property.
