Very Helpful staff. Neighbors can be pretty loud at times. Many people have dogs that bark for hours for no reason just because someone is sitting quietly on the stairs trying to enjoy the outdoors. Moped riders seem to celebrate at 9pm so i cant get any work videos done until after midnight it gets quiet. I avoid using kitchen because there is not much ventilation. The rent and utilities is too high. These kind of owners take full advantage of section 8 programs which defeats the purpose of affordable housing if its too expensive it makes less funds available for others. Laundry rooms are often

STAY AWAY!!!!
This place is infested with all kinds of bugs, no matter how much you clean, spray, and bomb. The new management SUCKS! They very rude, never in their office, lazy, and very unhelpful. If you're military READ THE LEASE and be careful before signing. They will rush to have you sign but DON'T without carefully looking over. The elevator is DISGUSTING and barely clean. The stairwell smell of piss and poorly lit. There's little to no security, even though there's a guard on site. The rent is entirely too high for the little space. They're ripping people off with utilities. We're barely

I used to be an employee here at the Palms of Kilani and was a part of the transformation from what it was to what it is. I did resign from the Palms of Kilani about a year ago to move to another island. I've recently come back and was amazed by the additional improvements that have been made. I know the staff is always professional and courtesy. I will always continue to refer family and friends to the Palms of Kilani. Recently my sister moved in and she couldn’t be happier.

My family and I have lived here for almost two years and love it here at the palms :) Kids love the pool and playground and having it on property is very convenient. Office staff are amazing!! Thank you Grace and Amanda for always being there when we needed anything :) Grounds are very clean and whenever we need to put a work order in maintenance is there on the same day and they are always very nice and do a very good job!!

Their utility charges are pretty off the chart!!! My aunt lives at Palms of Kilani and her roommates are literally NEVER home yet her utility bill was $339.74. I live in a two story 3 bedroom house and our bill isn't near that high! She lives in a 3 bedroom apartment the size of our living room yet her electric was $100 (ours is $57) she has a Gas flat fee of $81.00 (ours would range from $40-$50) The water was $45 (ours range from $15-$25) the sewer service was $84 (ours is $70).
I just can't help but feel she's getting ripped off with what she's being charged especially compared to my bill which
